I used a small chile and it was still fairly spicy!
This was really good on tacos or burritos
Ingredients
- ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt, (*see vegan note)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise, (Sir Kensington’s is best here) - would skip this next time
- 1 chipotle pepper from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce - use a small one
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil - I forgot this
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
