The air fryer makes the chicken SO JUICY.
Ingredients
bag cole slaw
chicken tenders
1 tbsp peanut butter (recipe called for powdered peanut butter but I didn't have that)
3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
sriracha to taste
2 tbsp water
Air fry chicken tenders at 370 degrees for 10 minutes. I found they were well over 165 degrees after that time. And still SO juicy.
While chicken tenders are air frying make the sauce. I doubled the recipe but didn't need to for dinner for 2. Would probably double it again for leftovers.
The original recipe called for drizzling the sauce over the chicken and cole slaw mix, but I added some sauce directly to the cole slaw mix so that it had more flavor.
Recipe originally from @caloriedeficitqueen - I think I put too much sauce on for it to be a calorie deficit meal but I'm ok with that :)
