Sesame Spinach

I eat SO MUCH spinach with this recipe. It was slightly salty but still amazing. Would recommend doubling the recipe because this only served two.  


Ingredients:

Spinach

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 teaspoons soy sauce (reduced sodium)

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 teaspoon garlic put through a fine press


Directions:

Boil a pot of salted water

Put spinach in for 30 seconds

Drain

Put in ice bath

Roughly chop into four parts

combine other ingredients in a small bowl

pour over spinach and combine
