Instant Pot Paella

This did take about a full hour with Doug helping me chop and prep but MAN was it good. I was worried that all of the different elements wouldn't cook well in the times they gave but they did!

Recommend adding a bit more meat / just using the whole package. I.e. I used a 1lb bag of shrimp (said 26-30 shrimp) and 12 oz of sausage. Highly recommend. 


Substitutions I made: 

- Tumeric instead of saffron

- Sherry instead of white wine

- chicken chorizo sausage
