Hard boiled eggs (air fryer)
- Preheat the air fryer to 250°F.
- Add the eggs to the fryer basket and cook according to your preference, between 13 minutes for soft-boiled eggs and 17 minutes for hard boiled eggs. Please note, time may vary between air fryers.
- Remove the eggs from the air fryer basket, and plunge them into an ice bath. Peel when cool enough to handle and enjoy!

Pressure cook 7 minutesTotal cooking time (including pressurizing)
Long Grain Basmati Rice
1 cup rice (washed)
1.25 cups water
Pressure cook 8 minutes
Immediate release
Brown Rice
Pressure cook:Total cooking time (including pressurizing)
Farro
2 cups farro
2 cups water
salt
Pressure cook 25 minutes and then quick release and rinse and drain
*I would maybe try a tad more water and another minute?
Quinoa
Pressure cook: 1 minuteTotal cooking time (including pressurizing): 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Spray cooking oil
- 1 pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse quinoa under cold running water until the water runs clear.Spray the Instant Pot liner with cooking oil and add the rinsed quinoa (still damp), water and salt.Lock the lid and set the steam valve to its “sealing” position.Select the “MANUAL” button and cook for 1 minute on high pressure. It will take about 5 minutes for the pressure to build, then the countdown timer will start.Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure.Fluff quinoa with a fork and serve.
