Fried Rice

This one actually is my recipe!

Start with cooked rice - this can be made with leftovers or made the day before. This makes it into an easy meal. MUCH longer if you have to make the rice.

Ingredients:
- Brown rice
- 2 eggs
- Soy sauce
- 1 big carrot (small dice)
- Sesame oil
- 1 small onion (small dice)

Meat options:
- Chicken (pre-cooked freezer strips)
- Shrimp


**really adaptable - throw in whatever quantities of the above ingredients you feel like

Heat sesame oil in large skillet
Chop carrots and onions and add to skillet - cook until softened
Add in protein
If rice was refrigerated throw in microwave with a bit of water
Crack two eggs into the pan and scramble
Add in rice
Season with soy sauce and sesame oil - start moderate - taste and add
