Ingredients:
One 13.5-14 oz fully cooked smoked sausage or Polska kielbasa, sliced into thick coins
1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut in half
1 lb red or yellow potatoes, diced
1/2 a yellow onion, roughly chopped
6 whole garlic cloves
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp rosemary
Black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan (optional)
Directions: Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Add sausage and veggies to a large bowl, then drizzle with olive oil, add seasonings, and toss to coat. Spread seasoned sausage and vegetables out on the baking sheet and roast at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Notes: I put everything in the oven at the same time, but the potatoes took much longer to cook. Luckily I cooked them separately and not all mixed together like this recipe calls for. Maybe it would have worked better if they were in very small chunks.
